Loie DeVore

With a background as an art historian and dealer, Laurel “Loie” DeVore maintains over 30 years of experience in the art world, previously directing a major gallery on Madison Avenue dealing in eighteenth- and nineteenth-century American art, as well as European fine and decorative arts.

Loie co-founded the Athena Art Foundation, which not only engages new audiences with Pre-Modern art, but also demonstrates its continuing relevance to the contemporary art world.

As the founder of 44DeVore, her continued education and active participation in the art market and museum world affords her the essential knowledge and relationships to confidently guide the curatorial and advisory process.
